The following letter was not responded by Bilha Fischer, Professor at Bar-Ilan University:

Dear Mrs. Fischer,

my name is Alexander Cherkasky, I am inventor and biologist and I am writing to you, because I ask your substabtiated statement about my following findings: your and Daniel Offen's international patent application WO2016147185 for adenosine thiophosphate derivates and uses thereof "is capable of disintegrating, or disintegrates complexes of amyloid beta with zinc" (your description) and thus could be used "in the treatment of a neurodegenerative disease or disorder" (your claim 21) and for the treatment of Alzheimer's disesase (your claim 22). Possible therapeutic applications are listed in your description and include not only Alzheimer's disesases, but also prion disease and Huntington's Disease.
This your and Offen's publication is not new and not inventive because of my prior German patent document DE19953696 claiming priority and novelty worldwide. My invention comprises every small mollecule which cleaves a pathogenic protein (my claims 1-4, especially my claim 4) and these my molecules comprise antioxidants (my claim 3) and these my molecules comprise phosphodiesterase inhibitor, thiol groups and sulphur as well as selenium (description, abstract and claim 3) and the molecules according to my invention cleave pathogenic proteins including beta-amyloids for treating Alzheimer's disesase, huntingtin in order to treat Huntington's Disesases and prions in order to treat prion diseases.
Thus your intellectual property can be reexamined and everybody can pay for that reexamination .
So why did you not referenced, not mentioned my basic invention DE19953696?
I ask you to do this, i.e. to mention my DE19953696.
On my person:
I was born 1981 in Zaporozhye, Ukraine, living since 1996 in Dusseldorf, Germany, have finished Goethe-Gymnasium and Heinrich-Heine-University in Dusseldorf, my inventions include causal therapeutic solutions for combating cancer, viruses (both in and outside of cells), autoimmune and immune complex diseases, inventions for rejuvenation and tissue regeneration, inventions of novel multi-parallel diagnostic and gene sequencing systems, new materials and high-quality synthetic diamonds, and I have German patents and published American, international and German patent applications claiming priority and novelty worldwide.
Known media including Stern (The Star) and Laborjournal (from November 2016, pages 54-58, this the link http://www.laborjournal.de/epaper/LJ_16_11.pdf) wrote about me and I got bronze medal “For Outstanding Achievements” and the Honorary Certificate at the (largest in Germany) inventors competition IENA (Ideas-Inventions-New Products) 2003 in Nuremberg. In addition, I offer innovative solving of scientific and technological problems in biomedicine, biotechnology and material science, and for creating and improvement of intellectual property in these fields.
